Health living

  1. What is the health living entail?
  2. What are some things you can do within the home to make it- safer? --healthier?
  3. How do you increase your health through the following methods?
    1. food
    2. exercise
    3. education
    4. hobbies/interests
  4. How do people care for their
    1. younger children
    2. elderly parents
    3. relatives with disabilities(mental and/or physical)
  5. What does it take to be happy?
  6. Consider the following things and decide whether or not you think the psychological benefits out way the physical effects:
    1. drinking coffee on a regular basis
    2. getting mildly drunk every week;
    3. smoking a packet of cigarettes - weekly - daily
    4. watching TV more than 3 hours a day
    5. driving to work instead of taking public transport or walking
    6. plane travel( as apposed to travel by boat or by train)
  7. Some common tips on how to stay health. Do you believe them or not? Are you surprised? Do you know why?
    1. kissing regularly(not a peck): prevents getting a sick or flu
    2. drinking a glass of red wine each evening
    3. sunbathing: more vitamin E
    4. drinking green tea
    5. having honey and lemon mixed in the hot water: good for cold
    6. being in love: keep skin healthier
    7. drinking water while upside-down: cures the hiccups
