- Consider the following things and decide whether or not you think the psychological benefits out way the physical effects:
- drinking coffee on a regular basis
- getting mildly drunk every week;
- smoking a packet of cigarettes - weekly - daily
- watching TV more than 3 hours a day
- driving to work instead of taking public transport or walking
- plane travel( as apposed to travel by boat or by train)
- Some common tips on how to stay health. Do you believe them or not? Are you surprised? Do you know why?
- kissing regularly(not a peck): prevents getting a sick or flu
- drinking a glass of red wine each evening
- sunbathing: more vitamin E
- drinking green tea
- having honey and lemon mixed in the hot water: good for cold
- being in love: keep skin healthier
- drinking water while upside-down: cures the hiccups
