I init the PE region of one IBM case manager system then I found error like this when I logon case builder or deploy existing solution.
Error: FNRPA0188E The isolated region is not associated with a target object store.
Check the IBM case manager information center and found explanation for this error:

The isolated region is not associated with a target object store.
Explanation
A solution is deployed to a target environment that includes a Process Engine connection point. That Process Engine connection point represents an isolated region and that isolated region must be associated with a target object store.
User response
Configure the isolated region with the appropriate target object store.
Then I followed the steps in the ICM redbook(Advanced Case Management with IBM Case Manager) and link the PE region with one target object store.
Finally the problem resolved.
